A tribute to the sturdy, solid quality of wooden interior objects from the 1970’s, Chub Bowl is a durable design with distinctive monolithic details. Chub Bowl is crafted from FSC-certified ash. A subtly rounded solid wood bowl rests on a base of four chubby feet, emphasiaing the robustness of the design. An object that lives in the intersection of podiums and bowls, Chub is an equally decorative and practical design. Chub Bowl comes in three sizes and three colour finishes.

Chub is crafted from FSC-certified ash and distinguished by four chubby feet placed at each corner in an almost monolithic manner. An elegantly curved bowl rests atop, adding a utilitarian element to the design, which presents itself as a decorative object and a functional bowl in equal measure.
Designer Sami Kallio elaborates: “The idea was to create something between a podium and a bowl. Sculptural enough to be its own centrepiece, but simple enough to let any contents shine”.
